OUR STAFF
Quality is our number one priority at Dr. Tarp™. That’s why all of our employees go through a rigorous training program, which starts with 6 to 8 months in the repair department learning to find and correct deficiencies in a vast assortment of different manufacturers’ tarps and covers. They’re then placed with a senior mentor in the fabrication department, where up to 3 to 4 years is spent becoming experts in the manufacture of a Dr. Tarp™ tarp.
