Vinyl: This material is used for most of our products. It is considered a PVC, and comes in standard or fire resistant material. We use Canadian made vinyl which has a cold crack temperature of -67 degrees, unlike our competitors who use foreign made vinyl which has a cold crack temperature of -40 degrees. It can be used for container covers, steel tarps, fitted lumber tarps, roll over tarps, tents, gazebos , shelters of any kind.
Our vinyl is available in a variety of different colours...
	Poly Mesh: This is a poly-propylene material. This material can be used for many purposes such as chip vans, dump trucks, utility trailer tarps, wind breaks, screening, as well as other uses.
	Copeaux Mesh: This is a very flexible, netted material. It can be used for chip vans, and also for practicing golf, and other uses.
	Ceramic Heat Shield: Fire resistant and used primarily for welding booths, or where there is a need for a material that can resist fire. These can be custom built to your specification. This material will NOT burn! Also sewn with fire resistant thread!
	Fabrene: Used for swimming pool covers, bay covers & pile covers(grain, sand, etc...) or portable garage covers.

	Load Strap: 6,000lb. test tensile straps.                    5,800lb. test tensile straps.                    5,400lb. test tensile straps.
	Tarp Straps: These come in 9 inch, 15 inch, 21 inch, 31 inch, and 41 inch.

1. Dielectric welding is used to fuse materials together to give it added strength and durability.
Our dielectric seals are guaranteed for the life of the tarp!

2. Brass Grommets: These are the best on the market. They also come in a variety of sizes. These are placed 2 ft. apart (or to any specifications) when we use them in our manufacturing process.

3. Top quality automotive seat belting is used for the reef bands, as well as being covered by the tarpaulin material along the outside edge of our tarps .

4. D-Rings: The placement of the plated D - rings at 2 ft intervals and the grommets at 2 ft. intervals is extremely important since this is what stops the flapping of the tarp when driving on the highway. However, reef bands and D-rings can be placed anywhere you require.

Thread: We don't overlook any material which we use in our manufacturing processes. The thread is also very important in keeping the tarp in good use so it lasts a long time. That is why we use only the best materials for everything we make. This even includes the thread we purchase.
All stitching done in the sewing process is completed as a lock stitch for better strength and durability.
